Sloppy Joe-Cornbread Cake

Ingredients

• 1lb ground beef

• 2tbs butter

• 1/2 cup chopped onion

• 8oz tomato sauce

• 1/2 cup ketchup

• 1tbs brown sugar

• 1tbs mustard

• 2tbs worcestershire sauce

• 1tbs vinegar

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1/4 tsp pepper

• 1/2 tsp garlic powder

• 1/2 tsp onion powder

• 1 package of your favorite cornbread mix
  (add 1/2 cup yogurt or sour cream to directions on the cornbread mix)

Directions

1. Brown ground beef in skillet and add all ingredients (except corn bread mix) to make sloppy joe's.

2. Add sloppy joe mix to 9X9 pan or round cake pan.

3. Pour prepared cornbread mix on top and bake as instructed for the cornbread mix.

4. Once baked, take out and flip over, so sloppy joe's on top. Add some cheese, cut and enjoy!

Extra Tip: You can also add a can of chili beans to spice things up a bit!
