Vegetable Beef Stew
This recipe works great in the instant pot or crock pot.
Ingredients
4lbs Beef Roast
1/2 head of cabbage shredded
1 bag baby carrots or chopped carrots
1 onion chopped
2- 16oz cans (1 quart jar) diced tomatoes
1tsp salt
1.2 tsp. pepper
2-3 bay leaves
1tsp garlic powder
add water to cover all ingredients
Directions
Crock Pot: Place all ingredients in crock pot on low for 8 hours.
Instant Pot: Can place frozen meat in instant pot and add all other ingredients on top, pressure cook on high for 2 hours and will stay warm until ready to eat.
