Vegetable Beef Stew

This recipe works great in the instant pot or crock pot.


Ingredients

  • 4lbs Beef Roast

  • 1/2 head of cabbage shredded

  • 1 bag baby carrots or chopped carrots

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 2- 16oz cans (1 quart jar) diced tomatoes

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1.2 tsp. pepper

  • 2-3 bay leaves

  • 1tsp garlic powder

  • add water to cover all ingredients

Directions

Crock Pot: Place all ingredients in crock pot on low for 8 hours.

Instant Pot: Can place frozen meat in instant pot and add all other ingredients on top, pressure cook on high for 2 hours and will stay warm until ready to eat.
